The main items of Work of this Contract include the following:

  1. Approximately 270m of 250mm water main including connections to existing water mains, isolation valves, hydrants, water services and associated works.
  2. Approximately 260m of 200mm sanitary main including connection to an existing sanitary manhole and mains, precast concrete manholes, sanitary services and associated works.
  3. Approximately 5,000 m² of surface restoration including concrete, asphalt, and grass.
