The main items of Work of this Contract include the following:

1. Schedule ‘A’ – Lot and Access Near 80 Avenue
   1. Topsoil stripping, lot grading near 80 Avenue, gravel road and access, culvert installation, and associated surface restoration. Water main and associated work (payable under Schedule ‘B’) to be installed under the gravel road area.
2. Schedule ‘B’ – 62 Street Water and Sanitary Extension
   1. Approximately 1,250 m of 300mm water and 200mm sanitary mains including connections to existing water and sanitary mains, isolation valves, hydrants, precast concrete manholes, water and sanitary services, and associated works.
3. Schedule ‘C’ – Stormwater Management Facility
   1. Topsoil stripping, common and waste excavation, storm catchbasin, and associated surface restoration.

The Site of the Work of this Contract is located in Taber, AB.
