The main items of Work of this Contract include the following:

  1. New construction of a structural steel framed structure with a prefinished metal
    cladding roof on a screw pile foundation and a slab-on-grade interior. Precast
    concrete upstand walls and finishing requirements are provided on the Issued for
    Tender drawings.
     
  2. The Site of the Work of this Contract is located in Taber, Alberta
